cadwell park 2009
 

hi ,boys and girls ,just joined your club and have paid my money for cadwell park (can't wait) ,was thinking of camping does anyone camp on the sunday night or just the monday

Cadwell is a brilliant 2-dayer, unless you can't make it then it's the worst 2 days of the year sitting at work thinking of all your so-called friends ragging round the track!

Plenty turn up on sunday, but the security man usually does the rounds to collect a fiver from you... just say the wife's already paid!

not camping this year but will be there...just need to book it :rolleyes:

closer to the time, may be worth seeing if anyne else is going and towing/vanning it and either join them or get them to takre your stuff ;)

I'll be riding up sunday too..

I'll be there Sunday as will most if not all of the instructors-that way you can have a few beers and be nice and fresh for Monday.
As has been said, plenty of people camp over, but security MAY charge you £5-on the other hand plenty of people get away with it.

If you don't want to camp:

I have just booked our room at Keddington for the trackday-Tony currently has plenty of space so if you don't fancy camping-give him a call.

£30/person/night in a double or twin room, £35/night for a single. Loads of room for vans and trailers, swimming pool, the lot.
By the way he takes cash or cheques only not cards.

I intend arriving Sunday and staying in the padock over night, not so much camping more like kipping in the back of my van

I should be up Sunday night as I will be there for the No Limits trackday on Sunday!!!!

My annual holiday spent at Cadwell Park!!! All it needs is a pool (and pit garages of course). Not as bad as a couple of years ago over the DSC day I spent 5 straight days instructing at Cadwell.

I would take a dip in the puddles, but just like on a golf course, it never rains at Cadwell!

Yes Jools, I used the term 'bad' when explaining to WeeMrsB at how aweful it was going to be to 'have' to stay there that long, bleedin eck, Mark from No Limits is working me hard.... don't want her thinking I am enjoying myself.

I recall an interview on tv I saw once on a yoof music programme where the guy being interviewed used the word 'bad' and the interviewer said 'do you mean bad as in good or bad as in s*h*i*t*e'. I nearly fell off the chair laughing.
