Not looking to good at the moment, but it may improve as the week goes on. http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/...?zipcode=LOUTH Mind you, it has improved for the Monday in the past 2 hours alone:) Chris:burn: |
naff, innit? only slight bit of good news is that i installed a water butt in the garden yesterday, i thought it'd take weeks to fill, it's 200 litres in capacity and is currently overflowing and flooding my patio. 200 litres of water collected in less that 24 hours. WTF! magpie. |
Hailstones here,.....so I'm in bed with the laptop and a cup of coffee.;) :D :D |
can pee down all week providing it stops Sat night and doesnt start again until the following Weds! I'm planning to ride to cadwell this year, could do without 300 miles of dreary rain :( |

Looks alot better now Chris, dry at least. Unlike Mallory DD the week after could be, bring your goggles ;) Andy |
Was cold and raining this morning, now barefeet/shorts in the garden in pure sunshine, and feeling very hot. Just been to garden centre and spent a fortune to top-up/replace various pot plants and hanging baskets, so rest of the day will be spent getting down and dirty WeeJohnyB |
ok, spoke too soon, that's the rain back on, just in time for the last tub filled and placed out the front. Tidying up will have to wait until next weekend (at Cadwell, so that could be tricky) WeeJohnyB |
Spent 7 hours in all out and about on the bike and didn't get rained on until leaving Senna3s place for the very short journey home at the end of the day and then it was only a vey light shower :) Only had oe moment and that was witin the first couple of miles when heading to get petrol, roads were drying so I was pushing on a bit but the gutters/gulleys were full of puddles so I kept my distance which just happend on one bend to line me up with a very wet drain cover, the back stepped out :o and me foot was soon off the peg ready to kick it back in line but wasn't needed. Maybe I should get a dirt bike again sometime just to sharpen the old reactions/skills and if I do maybe I should keep Senna3 away from it after what he did to my last one :o |

Snap, I leave to catch the ferry on Thursday for my trip over and this is the first year I thought sod the car and trailer I will just ride over to the UK, and rain is forecast here as well for the first part of the journey :( at least 20 hours on the ferry will give my kit time to dry before I hit England and get soaked all over again. |
you're either braver or younger than me Bionicle...I'll be in a comfy van with a heater and radio. Have a good trip over. WeeJohnyB |
