Milan Motorcycle show

Ryanair are selling flights that fit this at 1p each way today with no tax's
Stanstad To Milan on the 10th November
Be my fourth year, well worth the visit and make sure you register as 'foreign trade visitor' on the EICMA website, that way its free entry and not mobbed either.( Plus pretty italian models) you cant lose
Great excuse to look at bikes and have some fine dining inthe evening.
BOOK UP NOW think this offer ends tonight

Col996s 23-Sep-2009 20:38

You're right. I put the dates/times in the Ryanair website. Total price including taxes 2p. There has to be a catch!

900MAN 23-Sep-2009 21:00

already booked mate no catch

Col996s 23-Sep-2009 22:16

It's an incredable offer don't get me wrong but there are hidden charges. It looks like they charge you £5 for priority check in and £5 payment charge. These are one way charges and so that is £20. Cost you that even to look at a train mind you. So as I say I'm not complaning.

Morgster 23-Sep-2009 22:19

Its times like these I wish I lived darn sarf

You don't have to take the priority check-in!

The only charge you have to pay is the "payment charge" per flight, which is a fiver, so max fare should be £10.02

What time flights are we getting then? I fancy the 6.30am out and the 22.05 (local time) back - gives us time to have a few drinks/meal before we get to the airport.

antonye 23-Sep-2009 23:07

Also, how do you get to the show (and back) from the airport?
Do they run a free shuttle like they do from the Milan airport?

900MAN 23-Sep-2009 23:20

OK
I'm on the 6.30am and the 19.15 back next day.
Basically a tenner.
Dont need anything more than hold bag for one overnight.
As for the transfer its about £15 return on a coach(really easy, just outside the airport and buy the tickets on the flight)
YOU MUST GO
The show is massive and dont expect to buy some ole tat, its not the NEC.
If anybody wants to tag along on the flights and transfers getting to the show etc be happy to show you. Once in Milan though just do your own thing.

Ozz 24-Sep-2009 09:46

Some of us are going on the 11th...

gordonparker 24-Sep-2009 15:55

I see the Ryanair one flies to Bergamo. The Easyjet goes to Malpensa and apparently there is a free shuttle to the show......

900MAN 24-Sep-2009 17:06

We just get the shuttle to central station, jump the underground, dump gear at hotel and then hit the show

Col996s 24-Sep-2009 22:10

Gone up to £50+ now from Stansted.
Wish I'd booked last night, even if I ended up not going the most I would have lost would have been a tenner.

John W 25-Sep-2009 11:48

okay, I'm booked along with 3 others now too.
We're all going out on the 7:15 from Gatwick too.

So do we all wear DSC lapel pins or something ?

Col, when I checked for stanstead yesterday, if you went the following day it was still 1p each way.

Col996s 25-Sep-2009 12:43

Thanks John, unfortunatly not anymore.
