Mallory....Was it worth it?

Trashed bike
Trashed leathers and helmet
2 wrecked engines
2 very sore knees

Was it worth it

OF COURSE IT WAS.

See you all at Angelsey. :D

madness....sheer madness...but ace fun !! :D

glad you're ok, and Toni seemed fairly calm ;)

Bert3 17-Apr-2011 09:51

What a plank, Neil - but somehow sums up the spirit of DD .... ;)

You're making a bit of a habit of getting off that thing whilst it's still moving  Glad you're up and able to smile about it .... :D

Got a mate down at Mallory watching (part of the M&M 600 team) and he told me last night that someone in the DD's was going "really fast for one of those little things ..... then binned it!" .... guess it was you ....

FoxCorp 17-Apr-2011 12:40

You've certainly had a busy weekend!

Now the proper work starts... Well done!

Jolley 17-Apr-2011 13:58

Neil. You are a proper nut job. Forced to watch from the sidelines for the races it was clear you were the only person entering Edwinas with zero sense of self preservation. Following you Friday (when I could!) and watching you Saturday gave me the wake up call I needed to go into the remaining rounds with a new attitude.

LOL..best post ever.

I have GOT to get out there and rub helmets with you this year.

Did I really just say that?

Good effort puddin';)

Yes. X

Bert3 18-Apr-2011 10:37

Those sub 1 min laps are impressive ...... only the best of the 600 national bikes were running sub 56's and that's with near double the rwhp and slicks ..... the Gp A front runners would've scored points in the Motogrande 600's ... not bad for old air cooled twins ....

....mind, you do have an extra 18cc :D
