full grid for Snetterton?

as title suggests, are most doing this? Will be interesting as its a new to all circuit (well except Alan who's probably done 10 trackdays already ;) )

same format as Anglesey for me, learn Friday race the rest, but hopefully with a better outcome Sat and same outcome Sun :burn:

Cranker V2 06-Jun-2011 11:52

Sat sun only for me, and points from positions will be double digits both races:cool:

Only been there once in late Feb. :)
It was a very wet first session and then damp 2nd. The DD Bike developed a fuel fault 2 laps into the 3rd. So I came home :(

I never really got to try it out in earnest but have booked the Friday Test/Track Day.

You got a link for that Paul.. Don't think it can be me cuz I wear Spyke leathers (as in DD Racing) although occasionally wear my old Red Bull ones ;)

Jolley 06-Jun-2011 19:46

My predictions from January....

I havent looked, but it was posted by Bradders. I found it when I was looking for my lap predictions.

Sorted 06-Jun-2011 20:54

Ah... Well, as I say, I didn't look at it... Seemed too much of a coincidence that Bradders mentioned it and had posted that... 2+2 sometimes equals 5!

Red Bull leathers?? Could it be????

Mark

bradders 06-Jun-2011 22:26

Top late Mark, see above....doesn't look wet ;)

Sorted 06-Jun-2011 22:58

Yep that's me but unfortunately that was the 3rd session when it had dried out (although there are still a few damp patches)At 16mins 41secs you can see me broken down AGAIN (for the 3rd time in that session) on the LHS between the esses and the bomb hole.

The connector under the tank that feeds the fuel pump was shorting and kept cutting out the pump.

bradders 06-Jun-2011 23:11

Lol

There's another bid earlier which shows a wet track and thd guy in front has wets on...

Sorted 07-Jun-2011 08:58

Yes it was still pretty damp and we were warned in the briefing that "if you go off the track (especially in the new section) the combination of soft earth and puddles will mean you'll need a JCB to dig you out"!

Also "as its a new surface and been very wet earlier, the track is not too grippy", which really inspired us!!

I did see one fella up to his footpegs in the mud!! Hopefully, there's more rubber down now and some grass over the mud :)

bradders 07-Jun-2011 09:15

wont matter, will be sunny and dry :)

entry went in the post this morning :D

Sorted 07-Jun-2011 10:25

My entry went off yesterday :)
