How the 999 might have looked..? Yes, it really is a Ducati! |
Here's the proof.. (with thanks to MV Agusta Madness.com) |
Tamburini probably has some very similar drawings somewhere |
Them cloggies will do anything for a larf........... |
Well I like it and I haven't been drinking Rgds, Rob |
Wasn't there a story about MV clothing a development F4 in 996 bodywork? These boys have just done the reverse! It still olooks better than a 999 though!!! |
Or this? ![]() |

Tim that piccy is beautiful, if only eh....sorry to all my mates with 999's but I still think they're ugly - never thought I'd say it, but the R1, Gixer, Blade and ZX10 are all better looking bikes than a 999 and as for the new MV - stunning. WeeJohnyB |
Thanks WJB...It is STUNNING...I'd even buy it in red!!! Read it and weep Mr Barrett...:P:P:P http://www.chpltd.com/italianbike/power-breeding.html |

Mate,put your specs back on,......that mock up 'Sedieci/999 is hideous!:barfy: |
You're right Keith and what would I know anyway - I ride a Honda. I've got three of the beggers and not one of them is working right now - might have to run round Cadwell on Monday or bring my mountain bike. Anyway, all these pretty bikes need is a few laps with me on the back - some bent panels, scratches and gaffa tape make all the difference I find. WeeJohnyB |
