Bimota DB5 Here's the new Bimota DB5.It uses the 'fahsand DS lump.I'm not sure about the looks. Some components look a bit Benelli Tre-ish,while the fairing sides seem to be have designed for another bike! |

Bit of a disappointment after the DB4. Seems to be going the way of Benelli/MV/Mondial/Kwak with this over-angular shaping. However, I'm sure it weigh in at about 150kg dry and punt out an extra 15hp over the top of a 900, so should be a laugh on track (unless it's turn 1 at Rocky...). |

:puzzled:And I thought your Multistuka was confused:lol::lol::lol: Bring back square headlamps:lol:that`s wot I reckon hey Ali! |

Doesn't do it for me...As well as being an amalgamation of bits from various other bikes, as ali says, I'm sure that there's a bit of lego in there as well..! No doubt it will fly and handle, but I'd expected something a bit classier. |

Very odd looking machine, and loads of other bikes thrown in for good measure. Quirky sums it up i think! |

Couldn't have put it better. Angling the cans just makes it look like the designer's trying too hard. Looks kinda like a wasp from the front. If someone made a nice aftermarket set of cans for it, you painted the whole thing gloss black, changed that clutch cover for a cyclecat black anodised version, gave the lump to Neil at Sigma for a 1080 kit, removed the mirrors, and stuck slicks on it you'd have a wicked track tool. And a £20k hole in you finances. :( Or you could pick a low-sided 749/8R for half that, got to be some around somewhere...;) |

That is just urrggglly ! :rolleye: However well it might handle, I'd have to park it a couple of streets away and walk rather than be seen with it. :alien: |
