Saw this on Kaemna but don't what it does

Pull the lever downwards and the pinch bolts are loose, push it back up and they're tight again
So for a quick spindle removal just remove the Nut with a 28mm socket, pull the lever down on each fork leg and remove the spindle, quite niffty if your endurance racing
