Well done gents :D

Sorry Steve missed that and I think you'll find it was 13th complete with 6 Finishes and 28 points, well done.
Does that mean you'll run Number 13 next year

How many sigs still needed to get your Clubmans Licence Steve

skidlids 12-Oct-2004 21:29

Steve you need to get to some two day meets like Pembrey with North Glos in March, get a signature for each day, As usual it will probably be down to your finances but should be upgrading to a clubman by begining of June.
Then its the harder part getting that National in time for the 2006 MGP

Steve Top 50% will vary from club to club and class to class. The bigger the field can sometimes helps if your the 16th fastest out of a grid of 40 then you end up in the top half. NG Open is good for this as they have A and B quallifiers with lots of the 600s running in the class. Get in the top half of the A or B quallifier and you quallify for your signature and then you get into the A final and get to learn from the quicker guys.

Felix 13-Oct-2004 15:48

Thanks for posting this, skidlids. I just had a look myself. Considering that I only entered 7 out of 29 races, crashed out of one, and had the chain snap on another, I am quite pleased with my result for the season. Roll on next year!

Yep a impressive start to your race career Felix, more races needed for both you and I,
Mine came from a total of 1 points scoring race with NG did 2 quallifiers, one at Thruxton and one at Silverstone, The points scoreing race at Thruxton was abandoned when they ran out of time to finish the meeting leaving just the 3 points from Silverstone.

Paul (paynep) is down as 42nd position in the New Era club championship again with only one point scoring finish and is that our Garry Smith in 30th in the New Era Superclub with a couple of good finishes.
WJB is shown as 18th in the CB500s and 30th in the 250GP

Although New Era results still have a meeting to go.
