Bike Lift

Has anyone seen or heard of these before?

Eazyrizer

£325 for the Original Red incl VAT and the Ducati frame mounts.

Apparently you can swing off the basteward when it's on - there's some video's on the website.

What do you reckon?

NBs996 13-Oct-2004 17:59

Yeah, they're pretty solid. A lot of shops use them to display bikes on, and they've obviously got to consider people bumping into them.

Not sure how much use it'd be tho if it lifts the bike by its wheels.

Nope, hang on.... you can change it to let you take off the wheel! Quite useful then I guess.

Hi

Just looked at the video and I think that it would get in the way.

Felix 13-Oct-2004 18:15

For not much more, 350 ish, you can get a decent hydraulic platform lift.

NBs996 13-Oct-2004 18:24

was comparing it to a platform lift, and yep I'd prefer the platform, but if you've not got a lot of space then the EazyRider thing might be a better choice.
tis a bit expensive though.

Where from Felix? Got a website to look at?

Try www.sealey.co.uk use the word hydraulic or these part numbers to search.

My catalogue is out of date but they were doing the cheap one for £ 199.95 plus vat in the summer. The cheapest one part number mc365 is not wide enough for the ducati paddock stand though, it is only 480mm wide

part number mc390 is 690mm wide and is £ 399 inc vat

Good luck

Just looked at the rest of the videos and i am converted it is impressive:lol:

I think the Eazyrizer is better than the hydraulic lift on the Sealey site.

With the hydraulic lift you still need other bits to enable you to take the wheels off. Takes up more room in the garage and I don't have much room in mine. And its cheaper!

The £325 incl VAT also includes the Ducati mounts to lift from the chassis and have free wheels, also you can leave the fairings on apparently.
