Anone know if, as i think they provide a free service to check the helmet isnt damaged etc, and if so, where?

Yep they do.
Any dealer who sells arai's should have a arai trained helmet person who'll do you a service foc. Safety check and clean.

I can check with my mate who's an arai rep if your shop tells you otherwise!

like they sya you should be able to visit any arai dealer or even trhe arai race truck and they will service it for you foc

They turned mine around in 2 days when I had a problem with it.
