Cpu fun.......
 

hi guys ,
i know this has been spoken about before ive just bought a new bike(xmas comes ealy at my house) and i need to get a spare cpu "reworked" is the anti theft loack out still uncrackable or does anybody know a mate of a mate, kind of thing, or any new information that may have arisen since this subject was last brought up......
real pain in the arßße as i could send my spare off now for reprograming and not wait untill my "new" bike arrives

I have been told by my local dealer that the ECU (standard or race replacement) is programmed by the bike it is fitted to the first time the key is turned , after that it will only work on that bike :puzzled:

They contacted Hacket and he confirmed this as they suspected Ducati Uk were just trying to sell more ECU's every time someone bough a second hand pipe :o

I have heard that you can get good power output increases from a pipe using the standard ECU and a power commander :sing:
