If you had to recommend:
1x book & 1x album or track
that could made an impact in ones life what would your choice(s) be?
It does not have to be your favourite book / album, but one that you keep coming back to for either inspiration / guidance / solace / memories - whatever?

Looking for some new reading ideas, and happy to explore some new albums.

Marcel Pagnol - My Father's Glory and My Mother's Castle
The The - Mind Bomb

I'm not exacty thinking straight, but those are the best I can come up with on short notice! :)

* And Quiet Flows the Don by Mikhail Sholokhov (old book but very good) a modern classic gets great reviews on Amazon - good for a long winters read - and I loved it

* Jars of Clay - Much Affraid - you won't of heard of these but hey, music is very subjective. Again 5 stars on Amazon.
