Long shot i know , but any help would be welcome

I work in a squad of Six men which is soon to be made up to eight , our problem is we have a nice night shift rota working giving Seven nights cover (12 hour nightshift) ,but if we move to eight men the rota has problems

Has anyone out there some experiance in these matters that could give some advice ?????
