Norton A/V F/W
 

Has anyone had problems with the 2005 edition of Nortons A/V F/W.
after installing lost my connection password had it reconfiguered by BT but still had trouble login to DSC and other sites I normally use.
Or is it a problem with BT 24/7 internet access and is Broadband a better bet.
