So whos still on a diet then???

After New year i asked who was on a diet post christmas period. Well.................

Ive lost 1 stonne since 4th jan!!:o

Did you start out in the new year doing one? Ive been adding up the points, and it was a bit of a ball ache to begin with but got it sussed now.

Still drinking wine etc just cut down on the size of meals.

Its also good because i can still have twice as much as the other arf :lol::lol::lol:
