This Sunday is the annual Air Ambulance run.

i am hopeing to go but i had a mishap at home a couple of weeks ago.i was standing on a chair to put a box into a high cupboard when the chair collapsed and i landed heavily on my right shoulder.after 4 hours in a and e nothing is broken ,take pain killers and exercise it ,i could not lift my arm for a week,its still painfull depending what i do.i shall have to get out on the bike before the weekend and see how it goes.its slowly getting better so hopefully it may be ok.

just done 48 miles without to much discomfort,so am ok for tomorrow shall we meet up someware on the way or at dunton.if dunton what time will yoube there. pete
