Considering that they're £60 - 100/rocker new (when vat and the likes added) it may be worth a bid if you've a head service coming up.

Could be a just in case purchase...

I saved a fortune by buying a set of complete heads off ebay earlier this year as I had every rocker replaced, all 16 of 'em during the head rebuild last month. :o :o

Walenut 03-Mar-2005 20:46

Yes I've been keeping that in mind since I read your post.

Mr_S 03-Mar-2005 22:56

Bearing in mind that I sold off all the other bits of the heads left over after the strip, the rockers for my rebuild cost me less than a fiver each :)

Bargain.

Only problem was, while it was in bits I had a load of other work done too. Kind of wiped out the saving...

MrWestys748 04-Mar-2005 09:54

Can you get the rockers replated...? if so where and how much does it cost....?

Walenut 04-Mar-2005 10:02

Do a search on rockers mate and I think you will come up with all the information you require:D
