My daughters class had a great lesson yesterday,....Speedway!
Some of the local speedway team showed up with their bikes and gear for a talk with the kids.They all got complementary tickets for a speedway meeting plus autographs and a chance to sit on the bike,etc.My daughter is a big bike fan and loved every minute.
How cool was that?!:)

Yep,thats them.
They had their greatest season a couple of years ago when they won the Elite league and KO Cup.What a line up tho,Ryan Sullivan,Jason Crump,Sam Tesar to name a few.:D

Me and my dad used to go to watch the Ellesmere Port Gunners every friday. Loved it to bits. If it was a summer evning we would go on his CB550K3 and come home covered in red dust and stinking of Castrol R.
