749r problem up-date
 

bike is now in at jhp for a whole wire loom change,this is what ducati have instructed jhp to carry out, looks like no track days in march for me. i think im going to have a bash at golf for a month:barfy:

Pedro .... why can they not just isolate the problem with part of the loom ??

The 749/999 have an new style loom that carries signals for many systems along one set of wires. If there is an intermittant problem it is probably easier to just swap the whole thing out

Time for a new bike I reckon - that or a free exhaust system!!!!!

I've got a ZX you can borrow!!! - in all seriousness, you were kind enough to allow me to ride your beauty, its only fair!!!

To be fair, I don't thnk much of the weather for the next two weeks:(

im going to chill out as yeti told me too in spain:eureka:, i did want a go on the zx tim but the company on the track was a bit off putting,knowing my luck?

wire loom fitted,hope to hear results monday.
