Suspension settings As I am bone idle & can't be bothered to do it correctly, what suspension settings are everybody using on the road? My suspension is currently rock hard (I'm 14st :pig: ) also it wobbles on white lines, falls into slow bends & needs effort to hold a line. Tyres are well worn Metzeler Z3s. I spoke to Nelly about this last night as my Jap crap track bike runs very soft. My SS was setup with Hyper-pro suspension and runs very hard. This is quite normal and I ended up increasing the damping on the front for the track days. I'm also similar weight to you. D207RR's on at the mo and seem good on the roads as well as track, although the Diablo's seem to be favourite with everyone. Enjoy Andy:roll: |
New tyres first I think - then sort static sag out and go back to standard settings before enjoying a good twiddle (on the bike obviously) :o Frank |
But what ARE the standard settings? :puzzled: |
i got standard settings for 600SS not much help if you aint got the same? [Edited on 25-3-2005 by monstermob 998] |

This is the sort of thing I meant- thanks! |
I downloaded the manual from the Ducati website- for some reason it gives front preload and damping sttings, but only rear preload... |
