sounds about right. I see slightly smaller bills for 3 adults @ asda.

2 adults with liking for wine, 1 cat - likes whiskas:lol:

Sainsbury's - approx £60 - £70 per week. Sometimes lots more, sometimes lots less.
Last week was about £75, the week before under £50 - and I havent yet been to do it this w/end - too busy riding my bike :lol:

Used to do Safeways, till it turned into a 'buy lots of pies & all-sell-by-dates-are-in-2-days-or-less: pile-it-high-you-dont-mind-this-cr*p Morrisons:mad:

Occasionally use Waitrose, if AK has to pop in on the way past

We were doing about £160 main monthly shop and then about £90 quid per week top up (mainly at the coop round the corner)...How much do you throw away doing that!?
I find my shopping bills are bigger if the hubby is with me...
I've cut the bills down big time since Xmas...All fresh veg from the local market for the week about £5,I've also started shopping at the local butchers for cheaper cuts of meat rather than pre-packed supermarket at double the price, a bit at tesco or Asda accumilating to about £40 then milk bread and eggs from Coop within the week about £20. I've also drastically reduced my alcohol consumption which has reduced the bill no end! :lol:

Morrisons was a rip...you had spent £50 quid before you had actually got to the food...Tesco can be a rip if you are dragging two children that are obsessed with anything they see on the TV...hence I've started shopping at about 9pm.
I hate shopping. I cant stand those people that stand there comparing prices and looking at ingredients. I have recently become one of those that ...
"If it's not on the list we dont get it".
I know my local TESCO like the back of my hand and write the list according to where I am going first...and I DONT deviate from the route...That leads to crap buying!
And Glynn...Aldi is not that cheap...Not anymore...They are stocking more and more branded products. :(

Tesco`s joints are rubbish so I go to my local butcher when I can and also get fresg veg etc from my local greengrocer and its all grown locally and its 10 times cheaper than a supermarket.

There`s no doubt about it but using your small local shops is a lot cheaper than visiting your local supermarket.

about £15 a week -£10 in sainsburies and a fiver in the local farm shop for veggies and meat - on me own tho -that way i get to cook whatever i want!!!!!!! mostly pasta/rice/ noodles:biaggi: but £20 a week on fags:(

Us 2 plus 2 greedy cats - under 100/week if I go on my own :lol:, about 120 - 140/week if hubby along:puzzled:

I buy a 15kg bag of rice every month, and a box of 40 packets of Indomie noodles. Mix this up with some vegtables, fish, sea food and chicken.

The big superstores food I find goes off very quickly, But try and take a run out to some farmer markets for the good stuff, and once a week to a "Hoo Hing" for the spices.

Thia currys, chicken sate and HP sauce are a must:D

about £50 per week depends. .

we pay £80 a week for 2 adults + 1 10 year old lad who eats like a horse :lol:

I leave the mrs at home and do the shopping at home as its far quicker and cheaper that way :lol::lol::lol:
