So while all the DD\'ers are on the way to Cadders Us non racer types sitting at work etc, who do you think is the odds on favourite this weekend? Who's gonna be podium? Who's gonna be chewing gravel (heaven forbid) Just a bit of banter for Friday |
ok, I reckon the podium will be Senna3, NBS996 and MW .... not sure what order though ..... eating gravel will be TP (red mist) ...... |
I'm not sure TP is going to make it through SoT qualifying!! :sing: |
number 13 is a definite dark horse.... |
Yeah I've got Tony down for the gravel award, don't mean that in a nasty way but going with the numbers. DSC boys I think Tim could be up there too, not seen too many of them on track to give an informed choice |

Who knows Steve, saying that when he came up to Oulton that time on that R6 thing  he wasn't hanging around then, plus he's done all the CSS levels (I think) so he's got a good idea I'd guess. I wonder how Dave from JHP will go, no idea what he's like as a rider/racer, nice guy though and you know the bike will be prepped to death |
Dave's a crasher eh? |

i recon, still i'll find out soon enough. my aim really is to finish both races. i'll take that for my first meeting. |
Hmmm...there are a number of dark horses in the DD grid. All the dealer guest riders, all the people who've already got race experience etc...I think there's a pretty safe bet that those guys will be having their own race out front. I've seen a few of the 'DSC Regulars' ride and there are a couple of them that I reckon could get up towards the front of the pack and mix it with the more experienced racers...Fil2 and Rattler, NBS maybe, but first time nerves will be a big factor here. I don't think the circuit is going to help settle nerves either to be honest, there are no long straights where you can relax for a few seconds, draw breath and get your head together, it's all going to be quite frantic on board and the person that can keep their cool and get the better of their nerves under those circumstances is going to do as well as a better rider whose nerves get to them. |
