94mm Big Bore Kit
 

Does anyone know if it is possible to have my existing 88mm barrels bored out and replated to fit 94mm pistons or do you have to have new barrels to match the pistons...?

You can bore the stock barrels, no problem.

Unless you've got a 620ie Desmodue bike:devil::frog:

Nelly's yer man. I believe he does a piston kit & can arrange the rebore.
