Side stand

My 1998 916 has a non locking side stand, as I'm not the tallest of people I come very close to dropping it a few times...
What can I do apart from get my legs extended or wear high heals?

Replace the plate that connects to the spring, along with the nut off the later switch equipped sidestand.
Standard Ducati parts. About £4.
The part numbers have been listed on here previously. I f you struggle to find them, i keep them in stock
