Are you the guy whos only TPFT too? If so mate, talk about bad luck!! Is there anything you can salvage to at least put towards a new bike???

I imagine the labour costs alone would add up to thousands - would take longer to rebuild than it takes to build a new one in the factory !

Could always put a bit of glass on top and hve it as a coffee table in your living room - would be an interesting conversation piece....

Hi guys,

Yeah its a pretty big amount of cash to swallow. I was TPFT but i should be ok to claim off my mates insurance. The claim is all on hold now untill i get to speak to him. He is now out of intesive care and waiting for his 8th opperation. Unfortunatley they have been unable to save his right leg below the kneebut at least he is still with us. Im still not sure about riding again right now but will give it some time and thought. I am due to have an opperation to remove the metal work from the thight i broke last year so will be back on the crutches for a few weeks:sniff:
