We are thinking about offering workshop and storage facilities that will be available 7 days a week for those with track or race bikes. You would bring your own tool chest (lockable) but things like work bench and tyre changer will be supplied, specialised equipment such as spray booth & gun, load bearing dyno and certain tools can be hired.

Think about hiring the bike storage at £25.00 per week and then £2.50 per hour for working space and the use of the facilities.

Heated workshop with toilets and tea making facilities.

Can you see people wanting something like this?

I can see people being interested in that, but why would you charge an hourly rate as well as rent?
I think that would put most people off tbh.

I don't know where you are based, but £25 a week (+ an hourly rate) sounds a lot to me, but then I am a country bumkin based in Devon :D

The £25.00 is to store/insure your bike and equipment (Tyres, wets on wheels, toolbox etc).

The £2.50 per hour £20.00 per day, is to pay for my mechanic to be at the workshops, for his help if needed and to use the workshop facilities like, specialised tools, spray booth, hydraulic bench, tyre changer etc (Dyno extra).

If you run out of time you will also have the comfort of ringing us and asking for us to finish the job for you. (£30.00 per hour labour). Just a thought :eureka:
