another suspect...
 

after changing the fuel filter, spark plugs & leads on my 1999 900SS because of its erractic hesitation during hard take-offs from the line.......
I'm back to the original symptom (which I had forgotten about)....
when this problem gradually started off about 2 months ago....it started off by ONLY giving me that nasty hesitation when my petrol was almost out......so the question is:
What can be causing this hesitation when the petrol level is low?

slosh in the tank ? maybe buy some of that foam stuff they put in race tanks
