I've probably missed a couple, and some may not be perfectly located, but there's a bunch in there and I'll keep working on it.

If anyone finds any wrongly placed, let me have the right co-ordinates in decimal and I'll correct them. Let me know the ones I missed too. Some places don't disclose their locations (e.g.Sigma) so I've not included them. But will if the owners would like me to.
