How do I bypass the immobiliser to fit a race dash?

Although this isn't strictly a 999 question, I understand that the 999 has a similar type of immobiliser fitted as standard.

I have an S4R with the standard clocks with immobiliser but want to fit a Translogic race dash. I understand that if the clocks are removed, then the bike won't run so where do I start. It doesn't sound easy or is it?

Cheers all

Don't worry. After speaking to Ducati UK, Neil Spalding (Sigma) and John Hacketts, they all pretty much agreed that it was near impossible without a lot of hassle. As yet, they don't know of anyone that's done it.

Great, maybe this information should be used as a theft deterrent to all tealeafy chavs wanting my motah. Don't bother, cause you ain't going anywhere.

Best regards
