U2 at Twickenham Hello I can hear them playing from my back garden, with a beer on the go . . And no airplanes flying into Heathrow, maybe they will start again in the morning at 5am. I hope so . . :flame: So during the interval I am trying some of these out http://www.paperairplanes.co.uk/planes.html hours of fun for you and the family;) regards TopiToo |
We've just had people over so we can listen to it in the garden too. Although we could hear it better at our last house - and we're a lot closer now! :( |
Can't you complain to the council; noise pollution? |
I was in the stadium and I must say they were`nt half bad. I`m sure it was one of the loudest concerts I have been to. Thjat base player is so cool! |
Saw 'em last week in Mcr, take away all the political b*llocks and it would be OK, Good old Bonio  give Africa your money, help the poor..... yeah what about you? 50,000 peeps per night at £50 a ticket so £2.5 Million per night... not doing bad yourself Bonio, get your own money in the pot! |
Exactly my sentiments, kept on banging on about what a top bloke Tory B Liar was, introduced his blood brother (His words) Saint Geldof who was in the crowd, and on about some old bird locked up in Burma for human rights protesting. Bit apart from that U2 were sensational, have seen them a couple of times before, but they are getting better all the time.............how cool is the Edge! |
ive not seen them live but after hearing all about bono's rants now and in the past i wouldnt want to pay to listen to it, theres emough off it on the tele and radio as it is """"" 50,000 peeps per night at £50 a ticket so £2.5 Million per night... not doing bad yourself Bonio, get your own money in the pot! """ thats hit the nail on the head there, how much cash does he actually give to charity |
