vibration

I need some help guys.

Ever since I had another engine put in the 996 I get a small vibration through the bars and pegs, which make my hands and feet tingle and after a while my feet go numb :o

The rear tyre is also nearly worn out but it looks fine.

Could it be that the engine is not sitting in the frame correctly?

if so is there a sequence for tightening engine bolts and is there a correct torque setting for them?
