This is the email I got from Hottrax:

Hottrax Motorsport Announcement - Snetterton 9/10 March 2013.
The event planned for 9th and 10th March 2013 was abandoned due to adverse
weather conditions despite the efforts of the Snetterton staff, Hottrax staff and the
marshals. Some track time was had on Saturday for the majority of riders but
conditions were considered not suitable for racing and snow along with freezing
temperatures on Sunday morning made the choice for us.
Hottrax Motorsport and Motor Sport Vision have been working hard to try to offer a
solution to the riders and the club who have lost track time and money due to the bad
weather, which was out of the control of everyone concerned. Although not
contractually obliged to offer an alternative both Motorsport Vision and Hottrax
Motorsport feel that as a goodwill gesture we should re-run the event at Snetterton
300 circuit this year.
We have a date for the race meeting of Saturday 29th June 2013, a prime summer
date with a track day being planned for Friday 28th June 2013 at extra cost. Those
riders and teams who entered the race meeting at Snetterton will be invited to the
new event which will be offered free of charge and will include the garage cost as
well if previously booked.
The event will consist of a 3-hour Endurance race and two of each class sprint races
along with timed qualifying. The other sprint races lost will be held as additional races
at Cadwell Park on Sunday 14th July and Pembrey 11th August and are to be
confirmed. These will also be championship races with grids decided from timed
practice at these events.
Entry forms and supplementary instructions will be made available as soon as
possible, riders and teams will need to enter the races before the closing date of the
event or the invite will expire. Closing date will be 7th June 2013.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or credits of entry fees or other monies
paid as the abandonment of the meeting was out of our control. Fees may not be
carried over to other events except for transponder hire costs paid, which may by
redeemed at any Hottrax Motorsport event in 2013.
We will also be taking new entries at the published price for all classes.
I hope you agree that this is fantastic compromise from Motorsport Vision and
Hottrax Motorsport and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

Full Details and Answers to Questions:
• Saturday 29th June 2013, Snetterton 300, 1 Day Race Meeting Free of
Charge
• Friday 28th June 2013, Snetterton 300, Track Day, Chargeable at £109
• Normal Championship Points and Trophies will be awarded and this will be
known as Round 1
• Qualifying from 9/10 March is not transferred to the new event
• Garages occupation will be free of charge and allocated as per 9/10 March
• Television will not be available at this meeting

Considering the other possible outcomes this is probably the best solution and well done to Dave and MSV for thrashing out a compromise

Lets hope we have a sunny and warn June

Great result and well done MSV and Dave.

If there are going to be 2 sprint races and extra 1s at Cadwell and Pembrey, that makes 4. Weren't there only supposed to be 3 at Snett?
What kind of entry fee will there be for thoe who didn't enter 1st time?

I think this is excellent news, and far better than I was expecting. Fair play to MSV, and big thanks to everyone involved in making this happen! :D

It doesn't spell it out, but perhaps they are talking about each class getting one extra, but split over the two meetings in order to fit them all in?
