Help!! (All Sorted)
 

Just had a look at my 748 after a ride out and have oil on the V Peice , and on the lower right hand fairing lower, only a small amount but not thinking it is a good sign any ideas what could be causing this??

Rob, any chance that this is the residue from your blown gasket?

Nope totally cleaned from that side of things, only come on tonight!!!

Have you had the pannels off to see if it's coming from your hed gasket or maybe check your oil level to see if it has been over filled?

i forkin hope not!! after the money i have just spent on it i dont want to spend any more for the moment!!!

I had simular thing on saturday, that was oil line to top of cooler but the 748 has not got an oil cooler.............so i aint got a clue :(

If you can't see where its coming from and its not dripping then I would clean the oil off the fairing and monitor it.

You even sure it's oil? Maybe tar? or brake dust or dust off the clutch?
