Should I hear clicks ? Hi, Can anyone answer a quick question ... when adjusting rebound/compression on my bike, should I actually HEAR clicks as I adjust? Tks. |
Probably.Should also be able to "feel" each adjustment as you go.Needs to be a quiet environment though. Syer. |
You can hear them and also feel them. Jon |
Couldn't swear to it, since its a long, long time since I had a Showa-shod 916, but from memory, I don't think the rear shock used to "click" but the forks certainly did. HTH |
Shakman, On my Ohlins rear shock, you don't here clicks but do feel definite 'steps' in the movement as you turn the adjuster either way. |
Tks all ... i have a 748S ... and on both front and back Showa I dont hear clicks but can feel a step, although on the front its not very easy to feel that either. |
