Side stand / kick stand
 

I bought a 916 monoposto a few weeks ago and love it with one exception. The sidestand. I almost dislocated my knee when it went flying up on me a week ago. I was curious if any other riders dislike the stock one and if there are recommended replacements or moodifications? Regards, Kerry

The easiest solution is to use the parts that Ducati fit on the later bikes with the switch fitted.
Part numbers are 75010481A (nut) and 82912602A (plate).
These replace your existing parts and your stand is sorted. Costs about a fiver ;)

Weeksy, were has the old board gone? I had a brief look this morning but i couldnt find a way onto it.
