BIG ta to...

whoever told me about Muck Off!! 2 1/2 hrs tonight cleaning and it almost looks respectable...god I was embarassed by the state of it Monday and that bits were falling off....

anyone got any good tips for fitting sheet vinyl? Got a Xerox kit to go on my black track fairings but bit daunted by the big white background....

I hear a bit of soapy water and a hair drier come in handy, Senna3 or Dallas are worth having a word with

MucOff.....

Excellent stuff! :biaggi:

A bit of baby shampoo in water...(this doesn't wreck the adhesive on the vinyl)

Put in spray bottle and spray on both adhesive side and bodywork - will work like size...

Squeegee (typo) out and use hairdryer to work on curves...

this should do the trick.

I've seen a website recommended on here where they sell the Zerox kit, and they gave step by step instructions on how to fit the big panels (nosecone is tricky too I beleive).

I can try and find it, but anyone know the site?

OK .... found it. Posted by Carbon749 who has a Zerox rep.

The site is in frames so here is the fitting guide page.
http://imageworks.talkes.net/Xerox%2...ng%20guide.htm

Main site page is
http://www.the-image-works.co.uk/

Hope that helps.
