This cracked me up! On hols in Greece recently and saw this gorgeous duke with the smallest plate Ive ever seen, fabulous. Would love to know what our finest would to say if I put one similar on my bike! :lol: |
look at the tyre. slicks:lol::lol::lol: |
Dont fancy yours much in the blue...:lol: |
CRETE??? malia??:puzzled::puzzled::puzzled: |
My old 996s used to have one smaller then that. here it is, same place as the bike in your pic, I dont have that bike anymore, but I still have the plate.:D Coppers just didnt believe what the were seeing, soI never got stopped for it. Funny thing is, its just as illegal as any plate that isnt legal (ie the plate on my current bike, 7"x5", normal type, it looks ok, bit its not legal) The only reason I dont run a stupidly small one again is, I have a private plate on it and the DVLA can take it back. Unlike the nornal rubbish you get from coppers about making your bike a Q reg etc, They cant do it to your normal reg. [Edited on 25-9-2005 by Bubbles] |
Bubbles, why would you bother putting a plate on at all when it's that small? Why not just say 'it must have fallen off, officer' when you get stopped. :lol::lol: |
I've got a small one :smug: |
