Warranty Claims - Who to write to and where ?

I need to write to Ducati UK and take up the question of a warranty claim for clutch plates replaced during my bikes first major service at 12 months, could anyone advise me who and where to write to.

Has anyone else done the same ?

Thanks

Your dealer would ordinarily have done it on your behalf?
Other than that, ask your dealer for the name of the customer service manager for your area.

info@ducatiuk.com

I wrote to them when I felt the dealer wasn't doing as they should and they got things sorted within 48 hours.

warranty claim on clutch plates ??? whats up with them ???? aren't they a wear and tear item ???

unless the friction material can be proven not to have been bonded to the plates properly I doubt they'll be covered ...

I nearly ran out of fuel today. What was that Customer Service Manager guy's number again?

If its worn out- it aint covered -if its come unbonded then it probably is-simple as that:smug:

what is it with you lot, you pay 10,000s for a bike and expect it to sub standed compered to any other make and when you should be getting together to help your frends, you say it's you fault for buying it.
come on lads and lasses.
We should be praising up the good dealers and telling us the ones to avoid that way we will get better after sales and better bikes.
and 1 year for a clutch that has not been draged or raced is not good is it,:flame::burn::burn:
