Motorcycle back packs

I've just started looking for a good, waterproof would be nice, motorcycle backpack. I have found Kriega (Any good), but was wondering if you have any better experiences?

What about the hard shell cases?

TIA, Rob

Completely agree that the Deuter rucksacks are the dogs danglies...use mine for push-bike commuting and it is secure, comfortable and , with the cover on, totally waterproof .

I`ve had a Knox one for five years, use it every day for work,it`s never leaked and designed for Motorbikes(stays stable at 150)but the Kriega you mentioned are the best in my opinion,Cowboy`s got one,a R35 I think, and absolutly swears by it.The way they attach makes them so comfortable, they normally have a stand at the NEC Rob.

You pays your money................

I have a Kriega R25 rucsac, the most solid thing I've ever used. Fantastic parachute style front fastening etc, very easy to get on over leathers, even if you have a hump. All day long comfortable, never had any problems with it at speed, officer. I'd buy one again, if it ever wears out.

Ade.

Thanks guys. Maybe an excuse for a trip to the NEC then. Even though Hein Gericke stocke 'em and have just opened in Bournemouth.

Rob

I have one of the smaller Kreiga backpacks - excellent bit of kit. Seems totally waterproof, and you generally don't know you're wearing it. Except when you turn round in a filling station and demolish one of the displays...
