Fuel Pipe

The fuel pipes seem to be a very tight fit between the frame/cambelt covers,and distort the crankcase breather pipe.Pipe has "Codan Fuel Hose" printed on,is this the original part.Thinking a thinner OD diameter hose would be better.Any thoughts?

Possibly move it to the other side of the breather? I can't remember where mine used to run.
