Photoshopping help.
 

I want to experiment with a few different looks on the bike with colour, A bit like dseereds recent white wheels. Only thing is im useless with imaging software. I've got photoshop elements, could anyone give me brief instructions on how to change the colour of stuff.

Is it done with layers and stuff ?
