Yeah that's the NCR bike, think it's about a year old now, it's been discussed here a while ago, I recall Monty drolling over it!!

Check out www.ncrfactory.it for more info

Pah! even though its silver still doesn't look as good as my KTM:lol:

I think that's the third review I've read, and every one leaves the reviewer struggling for superlatives. Why aren't Ducati making this bike (a question I asked Tim Mac at Donny)??

Iconic944ss 21-Oct-2005 14:30

Sorry Shaun - but its the only bike I've seen that makes me want a semi-faired one !!!

your right Frank it is smart, i'm just criminally insane

Yep, they are beautiful. Ducati should be going in this direction with the SS, can you imagine a very lightweight, 100 bhp, 1000 SSR for about 12K ? It's enough to make me sell my granny - if I still had one.

Trouble is, it wouldn't persuade enough people to ditch their Jap 600's (totally different mind set required), or away from WSB reps, and all it would succeed in doing would be to take away from sales of 749/999's, never mind the Sport Classics in the current range

Frank, you should see them in the flesh, they look so light and nimble.I took this picture at WDW04

Oh matron - I need help....

Looks just as good in blue - (even better with a silver frame IMHO).

Nice pic - cheers
