Anyone fancy some Speedway training in Essex?
 

I've always fancied having a go at speedway as it seems completely bonkers!

It seems that there is a training ground at Lakeside Arena in Essex where you can get an intro/taster class in speedway: http://www.lakesidehammers.co/content/?page_id=1640

Prices seem pretty good for a day at £55 inc all equipment and bike hire.

Is anyone else up for this? If so I can make a group booking...
