CHAIN ?? I need to replace my chain, its got a horrible tight spot, making it a bugger to tension correctly, any recomendations ? Some say "O", some say "X" some say Afam, some say DID? answers on a postcard please... Ta Geoff M |
The Tsubaki sigma that Nelly fits seems to take a lot of beating..... |
Just had a Tsubaki from Cornerspeed, looks super strong.Chain and sprockets, very good price, and joined it for me ready to fit (888).Excellent service. |
I've got a Tsubaki which was recommended by Italia in Lincoln. Used it for half this year doing several track days and it has hardly needed any adjustment. Amazing really. (probably leaving myself open to sarky remarks about my riding now of course!) |
Looks like the sigma then.... Maybe its my "Over-generous" use of the clutch to hook it up that has killed the last one... Or maybe 14,000 miles in a year has not helped either,...nah...I'm just heavy handed..hehe. Henry, I would suggest that a smooth riding style is the reason your chain has not needed adjusting... |
I can live with that! :eureka: |
Dont forget you need the special tool to fit a sigma chain, different to did! and..............14000 miles youll want both sprockets as well! |
