Flights to Australia? Anyone know of some good places to book. Never been but going in Feb for a month and need to book me flights. Soooo where's the best place to look ? Ta :) |
Try travelbag. Not sure what their web address is but it should come up on google. Service we've always had has been good. |
Yes travel bag do agreat job, do stop overs & if you want any internal flights book at the same time its cheaper & they charge I think £25 for every amendment. Chass. |
The company I work for is a Flight Comparison site. good source of contacts for a range of flight providers: http://www.cheapflights.co.uk |
Cheers for the linkies peeps. |
try ba.com if you are booking that far ahead you should get a good deal. |
Well - tis all booked and good price I thought. Flying Royal Brunei to Dubai then on to Oz for the grand total of £1004 for the 2 of us inclusive of taxes etc etc. Trust me to go out in Summer though :o Oh hang on - I can get some biking in while i'm there too.... Ahhh Mmmmm Trackday weather methinks  |
Trackdays in Australia are an odd beast if I remember correctly. They aren't nearly as accessible as they are in the UK. I think they are also much more expensive. Another reason why not so many people do them is that it is difficult to just use a regular road bike. Bikes on track days need to be lockwired and have an oil catch tray I believe. Of course none of this may be a problem if you're over there on the mighty Pound and hiring a bike for a day's pleasure. |
Hmmm - just looked up trackdays in Oz. One company doing them charges $125 Oz dollars which I reckon is quite cheap ?? or you can hire a bike for $495 Didn't bother to read all the bunf on it though. Something to think about if I get time I guess. Gotta get some track practice in while i'm away ;) Heres a linky thingy http://www.championsridedays.com.au/safety.htm |
