For Chartiy ! Right ,this club has been really good to me with help advice & general info , but i feel a bit miffed sometimes as i cannot repay any of the help i have got ,seeing as i am over in N Ireland So here is the deal , Christmas is around the Corner & I have £50 to donate to a Charity of your choice So who's it gonna be ????????? |
Riders for Health ..... always a good choice ... |
Sally Army could do with £50 this time of year. May I comend you on your generosity . 4D [Edited on 27-11-2005 by Fordie] |
RNLI As nobody ever seems to think of them and they must be the bravest, most unselfish guys in the UK. Cheers Allan R |
Good on you. Everyone probably has a favourite charity mine is BHF - British Heart Foundation because I lost my brother at 32 and mum three years later at 59, but thats personal. If its the club that is your motivation there must be something for the race marshalls or air ambulance, but as Im no racer someone can soon point you in the direction Im sure. Its a shame there arent more people like you with generosity like this - well done. |

Berto's dreadlock fund!!! |
Nice thought dude. On the occassion when I have a few quid of my own to donate I like to help out not the big well known charities (as worthy as they are), but the smaller local groups where the little bit can make a much more noticable impact. My vote is that you do the same. |
The Club is mostly my motivation ,but my kids will prob get everything they want or nearly ,which is prob to much & it is the season of goodwill to others Ps there's no Christmas smilie :bouncy::bouncy: |
