Ducati Croydon? Warranty on slipper clutch?
 

Hi guys,

I bought approx. a year ago a brand new Ducati Performance slipper clutch for my 996S.

Last month one of the disks broke and I tried to contact Ducati Croydon (Marcello Martino) to understand what he can do.

I am unable to contact him. Do you know if they closed?

Do you know what the warranty is on that part? The disk broke because of mechanical failure and not because of "ware and tear".

Any suggestions?

You might get somewhere contacting Ducati UK

Mario I would be tempted to contact Ducati UK, or another dealer, I assume if it's not wear and tear and was fitted by a Ducati trained mechanic and it's within warranty you should simply have to go to another Ducati dealership.... but don't quote me on that
