Gearing for Cadwell? I'm going to be ordering my sprockets wednesday, on a budget so I'll be buying sprockets as I need them really, and since I'm not allowed to do trackdays on a 33bhp lisence does anyone know what sort of gearing I should be running for Cadwell? Cheers, Kyle |
What bike Kyle? |
15/43 should do OK |
For a 98 onwards 583, you'd not go too far wrong in using 15/45 or 15/46 (virtually std gearing) Pre 98 583's use a different primary gear ratio, which is what Skids ratio is right for. Edited to add: if doing the woodland circuit only, then change front to 14 tooth. Alan [Edited on 18-12-2005 by AK and CK] |
