I'm making a chilli tomato based mussell's dish.

And a dish with prawns, scallops and calamari ...

In Aus we usually eat seafood on xmas day ... but it's usually well over 30 degree's where I'm from (Brisbane)

I would have thought goose is MORE traditional than turkey.
